SHIPPING DAYS.

We ship our orders on Tuesday and Thursday.

Sales purchased through "Lucky Lucky Noodle" website will be shipped using Go Sweet Spot via Post Haste. Once your payment has been made you will receive an email with a tracking number for the parcel. Once the parcel has been collected from Lucky Lucky Noodle it is then up to the buyer to use the tracking number given to locate their parcel if a problem occurs. This can be done by clicking the link within the email.

DAMAGED ITEMS.

We take every care when packing your order as many of our products are fragile.  Your order will be packaged in layers of corrugated cardboard to protect it on its journey.  We then rely on a third party courier to deliver your order in the same condition it left our warehouse. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.  Please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of condition/damage. Please do NOT dispose of any items until advised to by us as we are often required to return these to the courier for inspection.
